Im like what ever...I think underwriters are fools to offer people this loan with no skin in the game. 3.5% barely pays closing costs.

My thought on location is if I can walk up to the house and collect rent after dark and not be afraid to get back to my car location probably isnt the problem.

I've found that it's best to wood fill the holes, sand, then use a wood putty to match the color of the rest of your floor before putting the sealant/polyurethane on it.
