Some months you might make out like a bandit and not even speak to your tenants once during the whole month, other months you may be back and forth dealing with tenant disputes, leaky faucets and in & out of court with evictions.

Court date 7/22/14.  

It is set up just like a bank were making the loan and it is recorded at the court house.

Take those items to the court house step auctions, local REI clubs, Real Estate Attorneys, and foreclosure auctions to start.

Long story short, I was curious about a housing court case against the owner of the property I am buying, called the attorney, and figured that the property has "many" (according to the attorney) open violations.

If it's just an empty filing, the Court may find that it's a sham.  

A court order to appear in small claims court for the bill, plus later fees, plus court fees.  

I have found a local group on meetup that I plan on attending the next function and I look forward with making connections with those already in my area.

Do I need to go in and use a search function (if that exists) to pull recent probates and write them down myself?

How can I find out who owns property without having  to go to the court house or paying a lot of money to get the name of who own that property.I am going to my MLS I have the expired listing to see if I can get owners to do a lease with option I have all the info but not the owner of the property.If anyone have info I would appreciate.
