Hello Community,Is there any mortgage lenders or carriers that accept late mortgage payments(caught up) within last 12 months?

I'm older and need to build up my financial security knowing that I have a lot of future medical bills that are coming my way(multiple sclerosis).I look forward to chatting with you.

When interest rates went up, I was having to leave too much capital in deals in my target market, usually more than my acquisition outlay and rent-ready repairs.  

I woke up today with plenty of "Price Cuts" from the listings.

@Evelyn Randolph You can structure the roof replacement by setting up an escrow agreement where the funds are held until after closing, allowing you to claim the depreciation.

Does anyone know of any meet ups in this area?

I'm mainly house hacking to get equity build up so i can use that for my next investment . 

I am looking to partner up with an investor that has the experience from that perspective.  

an advantage might be something like:-used to live there and know it well-it's close by-have friends and family there-like to vacation there / want to own a second home thereif i were you, i would pick a market you can go to in person often, or at least in the beginning when you can look at properties and set up your team. 

You can also require a paren on the lease for any student as a back up to cover damage outside the first. last and security.
