I had one on my Tree farm in Oregon.. were I let my care taker live for free.. he just had to buy the unit.. so it was not attached to the land..

Hello Atta, we are trying to decide between building a new 2 story home, approximately  2500-3000 sq ft with 4 beds/3 bath and attached 2-3 car garage in the north part of DFW vs buying one of the new construction.

The title goes the buyer and you become the mortgage with a Lien attached to the property.

It's snug, so no easy way to get creative.  2 car attached garage (rear off alley). 

Gutters are not attached (see above roof issues) and draining into the foundation. 

So some people will put consulting fee, finders fee, etc. on the  HUD-1 instead of commission.You would need the buyer to sign a NCND agreement that has your fee and make sure it attaches to the LOI and contract.

It's a single family residence (SFR) with no other houses or structures attached.
