I tried to make this reference in my earlier posts, but perhaps was unclear.In our small City (pop. 60K) there are two universities (pop. 15K) - a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom apartment will let for the almost the same amount as a SFH with 3-4 bedrooms (1000 - 1600 vs 1100 - 1600/1800).
