Hello Everyone,Does anyone know if there's a cheap way to check for 1st and 2nd mortgages without using a title company? 

The tooling and know-how is not cheap, which is why we don't touch drywall unless it's an extremely small patch... and even then, I'd rather have my painter do it.

There are tons of nice looking, basic washers and dryers for cheap on Craigslist here.

In my area, the cost is too cheap to bother saving a few hundred.  

It's my hope that I might be able to find a property with cheap taxes that I can make improvements on that will command higher rents.

There's some relatively cheap properties with decent rent.

I think it is flsonline.They have it in excel format already with plenty of additional info.You can check with them about the other counties, but typically they have just for the larger counties in Texas.Good people.The other places you would have to put in excel, I don't think they are spreadsheet ready and lack a lot of info.You can probably get a VA to put it in excel cheap and fast.  

This is going to be a cheap plug, so apologizing up front, but have you ever thought of associating with a national company that can shorten the learning curve, provide motivated seller leads, a system to simplify the investing business, and funding to flip properties(if needed)?
