I don't know Dallas county but in Tarrant county (Fort Worth, Benbrook, Arlington, Blue Mound etc..etc..) there are certain spots where that is a problem.

Actually the kitchen has black/stainless steel appliances and the tile is blue.

The stain is blue in color.

It's a blue collar city with a socially conservative feel to it.

If this is a beach rental slate blue cabinets and white appliances could make it really stand out.

Keowee is more upscale than Lake Blue Ridge for example, so it costs more.
