Then again the argument can be made that the agents homes have sold for more because the know what repairs needed to be done, what staging, what pictures, what remodel would get top dollar, making the home available to showings, keeping the home the right temperature, smelling right and the million other things we tell our sellers to do that they might decide not to do.
