The market is/was insane here and I think it's more a product of luck/timing than strategy - I personally would stay away from buying an individual condo unless you're happy living in it (which is completely fine).

The general consensus was that there is no low cost leads and this is falsified info from evil gurus looking to sell you a product.

Matters of conflict that reach courts may be viewed in light of the sophistication of the parties, their experience and knowledge.

What financial product?

Too much competition from rookie investors who will over bid you every time, skimp on repair costs and put a bad product back on the market.  

Might be better to get a little more sophisticated with your model, to ferret deals that may not hit the 2% rule but are actually better.Would you rather a $30k place that rented for $600 per month, or a $150k place that rents for $2300?  

All in all a very nice product.  

The primary goal for the insurance company when selling products like this is to make money for them, not for you. 

I have a need for such a product in a converted space that we are rewiring/plumbing for a small D/W.
