These waste products can collect in the drains, traps and septic tanks and give off fumes.If a strong chemical odor comes from household plumbing, do not attempt to clean the drains yourself.

There are honest hard money lenders, and sharks, make sure you are cautious.

Last thing I want to do is a favor for someone and end up in hot water as the procuring cause if for some reason the deal tanked.. and as we know deals can tank.AS for multi.. not really anything I personally do but I have looked at a few lately in our market and they are selling at 3 to 4 cap... and when talking with brokers they say they have multiple offers and most are being bought by 1031 folks..

So factor in a replacement/repair fridge, washer, dryer, HDTV, hot water tank, etc. every 5 years.  

Ideally limit small reptiles that can fit inside a 50 gallon tank , stick to herbivores.

We'd all seen Shark Tank and always thought it would be awesome to learn how to make our money make money haha so I started reading up on sites like Investopedia, NerdWallet and similar sites like that on personal finance, investing and how to become financially free.

You should know how to change a fill valve in a toilet, replace a ceiling light fixture, replace a ballast, balance a ceiling fan, replace a hot water tank, change the agitator dogs in a clothes washer, replace a heating element or thermostat in a dryer, etc. 

May also want to have a contract in place with the original seller to ensure your deal with them goes through (and via the buyer next) vs. the seller getting a better deal with a shark

its -30 degrees out and your 600 gallon water tank freezes and busts. its difficult to get the place warm enough to even get the water out!
