If you screw up there’s no going back and you will be screwed every year going forward until you sell. 

About the basement: It's partially finished (drywalls and ceiling only) with no bathroom or kitchen.Since it's a considerably smaller house, I am not sure if this would add significant value to the house if we sell it say 5 years down the line.

(After selling a few, I may do another house plan or turn some into rentals)I’m hesitant to build any with materials being so high but I figure if they buy it before it’s built my risk is mitigated.

Could I loan some of the deposit and retain equity in the home for when they eventually sell or buy out the rest of the equity?  

They don't appreciate in value like a single family would and when you go to sell, it will likely be to another investor that wants it cheap too.

If you talk with enough people, you'll get enough different answers to decide not to invest, and just sell all 6 of your properties!

Much safer when more people are there, less likely for something to happen.

They are selling Blockchain as the security differential, it is the latest buzzword.

The Markets are are at the highs, selling off.
