So when the first people to respond to every thread about turnkey properties tends to have something very negative to say about it, that pushes the idea further towards the "overturned oil drum conveniently in our path of travel" level of risk. 

They have not responded to any of my letters, and their phone is shut off. 

For some reason, sellers don't respond well to this...

@Darren Sager looks like @Karen Hurd couldn't respond to your email since you aren't connected.
