Not sure about sewer but believe there is because the previous owner wanted to rent it out.

To get into context, this quad isn't on the market, but the owner did try to sell it before, previous "buyers" backed off after inspection.Originally it was built the 1890, the interior of the building is actually very clean (I was very surprised), the issue is with the foundation.

My previous property management company mostly focused on single family properties. 

A couple of days ago he said he would retrieve it yesterday and still has not taken it.Please advise me of what I can do:  can i charge storage fee (how much/day)?

Do they move into one of the previous owners other units for rent at turnover?

It is possible/feasible or unheard of to request that the previous owners file an insurance claim as the damage occurred before I moved in?

Offer accepted on my first deal (triplex) and inspection pending (WA State).During my initial walk-through, I met a couple who seemed to be more than knowledgeable about the property, possessed keys to storage areas (possibly other units too), had special parking spaces, and stated that they take care of the things around the place including the large yard in exchange for lower rent.
