Where I am, there are also lots of 'trailer BBQ' pop-ups that rent that type of gas-station or hotel corner lots (http://www.drivethrucoffeekiosk.com/).

If you are connected with them or they have already posted in the thread, a pop up will appear in the lower left of your screen and then you can click on their name. 

Can't burn, and if a tenant manages to chip it (I have 5 counters for a total of maybe 30 counter/years with no chips) you can pop out the tile and drop in a a new one.

@Lindsey Iskierka , if you don't have the funds for a down payment, how are you going to pay for any repairs that pop up?

Alex, I've run across properties like the one you describe a number of times over the years, though I couldn't point to a specific one at the moment.The first thing that pops into my mind when I see a tiny 3rd floor like that is, make sure it's a legal 3 unit.

If something is important, I'd like for it to pop up in my dashboard. 

Otherwise we would have to go through another bubble pop.
