What value do you provide to team members as an inducement to join your team? 

@Michael Stout My wife and I joined the Wa LL Association and got a lot of help from them; although we had already LL'ed in California as well.

I did get the app that Sarah suggested and joined a few but some direction would be appreciated.

If so, they should join you on your next visit and can give you a better idea on the cost of repair.And if others weren't clear... the wholesaler is likely sending you their own set of numbers.

Also, local REIs in your city or county could have monthly or even weekly meetups to join.

Join other Pasadena-area real estate investors at our For Investors By Investors meeting (FIBI) held the third Thursday of each month at 7pmLocation: Courtyard by Marriot, 180 North Fair Oaks Ave.

Also go to some meetups and join AIN to meet other investors, agents, contractors etc.
