I was impressed and think that for a beginner, the handout with access to a limited version of his course for FREE is worth it;-) Also his 3 day is relatively inexpensive for an introduction to REI.I've known Than and Paul for a few years and believe they've got integrity.

We do some college student rentals and that has made an impression, and buying homes has made an impression and they will help but they don't show a deep interest in the real estate.

I started listening to the podcasts and was really impressed by the vast amount of knowledge and experience shared by everyone on the show.
