Yo my man.The first thing you need to know about wholesalers is that you need to bring value to cash buyers AND home sellers.Priority is home sellers, then cash buyers.You shouldn't go to MLS to find deals, not because you can't find them, but just because it is your job to bring hot off market deals to your cash buyers.MLS are not off market deals.

One possibility, because of the "hot" market that we are now in, would be to offer, go under contract with a long term closing period or options to extend the closing, begin the closing process on the replacement property (do not actually close), and then list and market your relinquished property.
