If it helps, I'm living in Falcon Heights which is in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota and the college town I refer to is Duluth. 

Roseville, Madison Heights, Ferndale, Royal Oak,  we have never had problems like this person is having.That's a shame.

Its not a great time to invest because you will be buying at the height, and you will be going crazy trying to find something since inventory is so low.

I have done some in fill in Wesley Heights and in Parkwood and in Dilworth but the HDC here can be a bit over the top.

I liked the reverse concept because it's easier should someone want to BBQ on the rooftop deck or hang out.As for the Quad/go pro, we measured off line and marked it so that we knew at what height the camera was taking pics.

@Jason Yeh Not stockton, but parts of Arden Arcade, Citrus Heights, and South Sac would permit that, with other areas like North Highlands and such that would bring that kind of price around as well.
