The ones with the nice looking brick hearths are never framed in or covered, even though as I stated, this is never going to warm anything. 

But asking us to participate in structuring the cover up, not to mention posting it online, strikes me as rather poor judgment.There are plenty of ways to grow SDIRA's/401K's/HSA's/CESA's legitimately. 

As long as we have ample, healthy cash flow, we can service our debt and cover our expenses which allows us to hold our investment.

Also, I'd make sure to cut the yard down before closing just to make sure the overgrowth is not covering up something.

They're amazing cash flow options because so much of the maintenance is covered by the HOA.

I realize there might be an easier way to have done this in the future, but those are the current logistics given our first time using private money.I'm looking for a document that might cover those details.Thanks!

Thry normally make omenty of money to cover rent.

Absolutely insure it so that you are covered at closing.  

I have a house that I was going to have the walls redone a few years back before a new tenant came in - the walls were heavy textured in kind of a Spanish stucco style, which is not common where I am nor really desirable.
