I feel that I will have plenty of time to dedicate to this starting around April of 2022. 

As a consummate professional in other fields, I realize the certifications from professional organizations is a key indicator of one’s dedication  you can act as a Distinguisher amongst your peers.

The answer really depends on what your goals are, how much time you have to dedicate to real estate and how long you plan on staying in the area.

I would suspect the bigger investors have dedicated crews and the smaller guys are doing a lot of their own work.  

Further, that there were entire courses and clubs dedicated to teaching these criminals how to con you out of your house, your money, and your first born child and run away before you knew what hit you.

I would set up a manifold for each "group", and I will run a dedicated line from the manifold to bath room 1, another one to bath room 2, another one to kitchen, another one to laundry room, you get the point.

I see a lot of time is dedicated to networking and deals; though we may not be able to make deals, we are hoping to learn about hard money and private lenders in the area, as well as building great relationships.

I've heard of investors dedicating an entire day or two to calling lenders/banks and making 40+ calls before finding someone who could give them the numbers they're looking for.

I'll still be a full time student for another semester and I'll be working full time so I don't want to dedicate too much time to traveling to and from my property.
