I am here to learn and hopefully start down a new career path.

Our first investment was our house two years ago now we are saving and looking to invest in coming year or two into a something maybe business or maybe rental like I said we are still in learning path.

Hoping to join you on that path soon.

As some of them are out of State or out of Country, we also project manage rehabs, joint venture, and offer turnkey flips via our Contractors.

Hello all,Just wanted to put it out there to all of you with whom I've connected on the BP forums so far that I'm about to set sail across the country and look forward to meeting you Baltimore REIers at the BWI meetup on 6/6!

And most critically, we've had to explain the sizable amounts of money we've spent overseas and on travel expenses - as our first daughter is from Colombia, and our other two are from a country bordering Turkey and Iran.So yes: we've traveled extensively to countries with colorful histories, and have large transactions of cash in and out with some degree of frequency - we're the perfect borrowers :-)

Real Estate Investing is a great path to take.

From comparisons around the country it averages $10-20 per unit per month.
