Personally, I would do everything my lawyer says, and then ask him about my concerns and see if I should do even more to protect myself.BE VERY CAREFUL OR RISK GETTING BURNED

And it would probably help if they were high energy like myself because people that aren’t just don’t get it.

I probably have an advantage being in the business and knowing how things work...my take is that I know where to put my focus and energy, so I need an agent that can perform without a lot of guidance...I'd be curious what others say here...always an interesting question!
