Poor people tend to cook with a lot more grease (hense the higher rate of obesety, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes) and tend to reused that grease coating the whole house.

Even at the current inflated levels US prices are still 1/3 that of the UK and 1/2 that of Europes as a whole.

Yet many of us don't take into account the whole situation.

Especially when there previously was only one- add another and your investment is in a whole new category- it will attract new buyers that only are looking for homes with 2 or more baths etc.The best bet is to think as you would if you were buying the home to live in- what would you want with the space given...

The property management must able to achieve these discounts due to the volume business they do with their vendors.
