We own (2) Pickup trucks, (1) utility trailer, large supply of hand tools, air compressor/ air tools, and yard tools.I have also imagined a partnership where I can add value with my capital, experience, and time in exchange for an equity partner and mentor to help me with the business and legal side of the industry.I would like to yield 50-70,000 Minimum off of my properties in the next 5-10 years, as that is the high and low end of my first two jobs.

There are some restriction to seller financing (disclosures) and sale of owner-occupied residential property in foreclosure.Essentially, this woman ought to being trying to salvage some of her remaining equity and credit.I started working Foreclosures in 1978 and most will do too little and too late to salvage much.

Hi Josh,I love AZ and the areas you mentioned.PHX is a sister city to Charlotte NC so our price points and RE are similar.Yes even SFHs in subdivisions will have HOAs. as does EVERY CONDO/TH complex.Before you decide-- find out EXACTLY what the HOA covers.In condos/th here, the norm is to coverall yard work, landscaping, EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE (love that!)
