Hello allI'm looking at a property that has about 2 inches of standing water in the basement.

We keep a list and of everyone that call so we can contact them about future deals. we buy locally cost is about $1 a sign and ,50 per stand we buy in bulk. 

At this REIA, they'll make you feel uncomfortable if you don't stand an introduce yourself because the host is going to look directly at new attendees and say," Will first time visitors please stand and introduce yourself."

When happiness(regardless of what that individually means) is the driver nothing will stand in our way.My real point, don't strive to be at $X strive to change lives, the world, the environment, whatever!
