Is DFW home and you plan to stay forever....or are you going to join the DEA and move all over the country and world....starting in the next 2-3 years?   

We are open to buying a place in another market in the western third of the country (Denver and points west) and renting that property out for our future habitation during retirement. 

I'm also sure that not everyone agrees with me, but, I haven't written any books on communities or anything in manufactured housing although I have published a newsletter and written many white papers used throughout the industry.When considering the size of someone's community operation, remember that none of the largest operators in the country that were huge in the 1960s-1980s are still around as the largest of operators.

But the most important part is with a Felony record you lose the right to have a gun, no hunting, no voting, no passports to travel out of the country, even Canada or Mexico, lose the right to work in certain industries like investments, real estate license, and other security areas that might have to do with bank or credit card transaction. 

I think it is the partnerships in most cases, and if I am right what would be the best way to find a partner to build a relationship with that would be okay investing in different parts of the country (world?)

I work by capitol hill and they are gentrifying the eastern market area which is very close to the hill.

Good cash flow deals can be found in almost every possible location in the country.

The absolutely disgusting for-profit prison system in this country coupled with the removal of rights and social stigmas placed on felons does nothing more than encourage recidivism.
