Good Morning,Just joined BP last week and I am overwhelmed with the BP family and the encouragement I see people giving to each other.I am interested in starting my career off with a multi family in Southwest Philly with at least 3 units and I would like to use the Sherriff sale/Auction process to get this unit.Does anyone have any advice on this idea or advice on the Philly Sherriff sale process or do you think there would be a better way for me to start off?

Chances are, you'll have the same needs as them further along in your career. 

And it's a higher cash flow market, which I prefer at this point in my investing "career."

I'm very much a fan of learning by doing - but definitely have forwarded my career quite a bit by achieving a few different certifications.

Steve Burgess's book literally started my investing career.

We both have decent paying careers so cash flow is secondary for now.If anyone one has suggestions about anything I have said above, I would appreciate hearing from you.

And with it you could probably begin to build a career in the real estate investment field by getting a position with a REIT, real estate equity fund, or real estate asset manager.

If he or she is willing to teach you, listening could be the best investment you ever make in your business.The make or break for your real estate investing career could be your mentor. 

That's a long time for someone to get a well-paying career for you to seek funds from.
