Good Morning,Just joined BP last week and I am overwhelmed with the BP family and the encouragement I see people giving to each other.I am interested in starting my career off with a multi family in Southwest Philly with at least 3 units and I would like to use the Sherriff sale/Auction process to get this unit.Does anyone have any advice on this idea or advice on the Philly Sherriff sale process or do you think there would be a better way for me to start off?
