It’s been six months of living in a church basement and a hotel. 

I am building a hybrid apartment/hotel for under $200k all-in cost per unit in a submarket where apartments sell for close to $500k per unit.

As condos compete with hotel prices, this will mean your daily rate will end up being a great deal for guest, and not so much for the homeowner. 

The only exception to this rule is if it is a condo hotel. 

@Ryan Kelly I do believe that Natiivo will have better amenities than the incumbent hotels in the area, and guests will prefer the touch of a personal home than a bleak hotel room.
