After a week of calling his cell, office phone, speaking with the office assistant, and emailing him, I finally reached the listing agent. 

Being as new as I am, my concept of adding value was to assist with marketing or bringing deals that I wouldn't mind splitting 30/70 (70% to mentor) as I learn but I am willing to search courthouses records if that what it takes.
