This is awesome, it reminds me of the times scammers would try to hire me to do IT work but needed to send me a check for too much and send them the balance back via Western Union and I would waste their time. 

I have my keyword reminders set to turnkey and to Homeunion so I can easily track when something new gets posted.

I recently reviewed my sales from the foreclosure years and was reminded of some of the crazy prices. $6500 was one of the lowest priced houses I sold through HUD

Serves as a reminder that there is other dimensions of life along with the life of being a real estate investor. 

This thread has reminded me of that.

You are still growing so I would give you this advice...KISS (Keep It Simple Silly) the last S stands for Stupid when I have to remind my own self. 

This reminds me of the new South Park episode where you are Butters Stotch and Morris is The Mummy and when you don't give him attention or he feels slighted he freaks out, breaks things and causes havoc all across the city. 

We always remind her to wait a little, and the heat will get there.
