I think some people who graduated college and aren’t using their degree feel they shouldn’t have to pay their student loans.

I'm a recent college graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (This past May) who has been lucky enough to both graduate with no student debt and secure a job in the Charlotte area. 

In reading some previous posts, it seemed that Colorado might require a 90-day notification period for raising rents.

And the college is going to go into full swing soon, so that should be a population burst.

Only have my two previous cars in my credit which I'm assuming isn't good enough for the banks.

Hi BP,I am a 19 year old from Dayton/Cincinnati, Ohio starting my sophomore year of college at the University of Alabama this fall. 

Like this one I missed out on when i was in college....

The reason being there are a ton of students that start school around that time in the local universities and that has carried forward to a lot of the other Boston neighborhoods.If you have colleges around you, id check to see what their cycles are.

Have you asked any of your previous tenants why they are leaving?

She then starts telling me how the previous owner was going to go half with her and all this jazz about cutting it down.....
