All that said, I already have a few out of state investors that are interested in putting up some of their capital to get a partnership done since I have the hustle, potential tenants (come summer 2021), and a little bit of capital of my own but let me know if you decide to go the Btown route/need my assistance in any way or you think of a creative way for us to partner up and let's make it happen!
