My thought is don't focus on new investors, focus on existing ones who are selling or buying more property.

You need to acquire one or more replacement properties that are equal to or greater than $275,000 (ish).The selling expenses, costs and fees are what they are.

Of the cases pending in Lee County, there is an active case, whereby the Plaintiff is alleging approximately 5 million dollars against Blacktip, and one alleging $150,000.There may be more cases, judgments, or settlement agreements that we are unaware of.

Although this one worked out, we learned we probably won't be going back in the city for other projects.
