DSCR options would be best as local banks require higher FICOs most of the time but each bank has different UW guidelines.

Currently Iam working on 2 loans from 2 different banks (done with valuation, appraisail, waiting to sign some papers before I go for christmas leave…for both banks, disbursement to take place after New Year)

Also the four plumbers who I spoke with on different occasions said that there was know way that the utility or the city would cover any of the expenses.I agree with you that it is less of a concern.

They breach contract, I'm desperate trying to find a lawyer to sue the company.Below are the issues I have had with them: 1- They sold one my houses in Philadelphia for USD 146K but only paid me 94.975 – I authorized them to sell the house for a minimum of 94.975 but not to pay me less that what they sold it for2- They sold another house in Baltimore for USD 104.780 but only paid me 89,448.203- Only the difference between what houses were sold and what I received is USD 66,356.804- They deducted USD 5K from my rents in January without giving me the opportunity to do a full inspection in the house as agreed in contract.

They wash up great, don't lint after the first couple washes and hold up really well.We have towels that are 5 years old still in the rotation and still look and work great.I will say that washing towels to keep them nice takes a slightly different tack.
