On the several REO's that we have made offers on, they are all just a little different in what they require as an offer, some require a full fledged signed contract as an offer, while others just a simple letter.Get one of your real estate freinds in with you and make him/her a little money in the process, and tell them to take you to a nice dinner when you close for giving them the opportunity.

A more professional tenant would have just listed everything in poor condition so they would not have to pay anything after they destroy your property.but I think I will not deduct anything since he is letting me in there to replace it. normally I would have to wait till after he moved out so thats a plus.If a tenant stole your furnace, would you replace it for free if the tenant was nice enough to let you into your rental?
