Hello, I am under contract for a property in the Temple University/ 19121 zip area of Philadelphia and I am looking for a property manager that does not strictly handle university students/rentals so as to not limit my tenant pool. 

New Investor Question: How do I go about finding wholesaling contracts to purchase?

Get documents from the contractor - a contract with the scope of work, an invoice and a payment receipt2. 

I have put my first wholesale deal together, so my question is do I take the signed contract to the title company to put the house under contract, or do I wait to get a end buyer to take the contracts to the title company?

So I'm wondering has anyone put 1 of these properties under contract for $100 to wholesale it.
