The few that may legitimately need an ESA are lumped in with all of the scammers out there, of which I personally think the majority are.

Our contractors LOVE working with us: they know, since we are a legitimate PM, that we have the funds in our Client Trust account before they even go to the job and will be paid NET 30 or less; they know that if they run into a problem on site, I can be reached directly by cell to talk through the issue, with texted images if necessary, and make a decision on how to proceed with out delaying them in 99% of cases, since I have an excellent background and understanding of how a home is constructed and functions; they only have to deal with ONE person, me, not "multiple bosses".
