That is an invitation for every unscrupulous character to reach out to you with the opportunity of a lifetime.

Do you or does anyone who would be living at the property or visiting the property have any bankruptcies in the last 7 years(If I get a yes, or any sort of slightly vague answer to questions 4-8 I will not even invite them to see the property, period) I also make sure that numbers 4-8 are in the ad explicitly stating that they need not apply if they have any of these circumstances.

I actually found out that I work with another person that does AirBnB in my area and she has invited me to come over and check out her space, so I will be doing that soon.

Many of my co-workers remark how it 'must be nice' to own rental properties and my restaurant franchise and they wish they were as 'lucky'...then when I try to talk to them about investing, personal finance, and hustling to build multiple streams of income they just comment "Yeah right I don't have time for that"...I've given several of them copies of 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' and offered to take a few driving for dollars on the weekend and have invited all of them to the meetup I host - NONE have taken me up on it...but then they post pictures on Facebook of them brewery-hopping all weekend and hanging at the pool!  

If they show interest in your properties, invite them to come to you and tour them around.

On top of that, your inviting a hugely high risk operation on to your property.
