Having done deals in the industry in multiple states I can say the net effect of pot is a reduced vacancy rate among second/third generation industrial properties nearing (or already) functional obsolescence.

They both seem to offer quite a few services geared towards the industry.

As for work in the area,  many people could commute to ATL for work, but I'd look at what industries are more specifically there, Palmetto, Union City, etc.As for the numbers, it depends on who you ask.

1) Previously 50% utilization on each credit card (not aggregate of all cards) is now 30% to have an impact on score2) They now look at "payment acceleration" meaning paying the minimums every month is looked down upon..

How do your earnings compare to a long-term rental where the tenant pays for utilities and landscaping?

Because I will have a full-time job in a year, I plan on utilizing the buy & hold strategy on SFRs and multifamily properties.  

Until we can get a down payment together I'm working toward getting my real estate license so I can get involved in the industry in my off time from the day job. 

Only thing I take from the seller is the actual utility bills. 

The daughter was in an argument with her brother the other day and apparently is refusing to leave.He has also had the utilities shut off so shes there with no utilities I think.
