I am an engineer with a full time job, but plan on continuing to purchase rent ready properties to slowly build wealth.

Hi I'm looking to find out what are some up and coming areas in Houston that i can invest in buying land to do new construction. Anyone know of any good zip codes to start exploring. 

With one million dollars and picking up the houses while distressed and refinancing you can build an extensive STR portfolio. 

Its $2k to start and was wondering if it is worth for them to build the Paydex and build up my business credit.

Utah is a sure bet on equity build, not so much cash flow however. 

How long have they owned the building and what’s the current occupancy?

After doing a lot of research, I'm getting close to sign a contract for a new build (4bd/3ba) in the Creek Meadow area.

BUT they go into what they're currently working on, what/who they're seeking at this event, and I get a good sense of where they're at along their journey.One of the best books I read on the subject of effective networking/relationship building was Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazi.
