I've done quite a bit in the market for weeks now.At the Greater Cleveland REIA, I've seen emails and heard people talk about how they have properties available in cities like Maple Heights and East Cleveland, and someone even wanted to make an offer on one.

There is also Marinotte Park, Palos Heights and Hills and Oaklawn which isn't too far as well.

Assuming its a standard 3/2 type home.Almost certainly these houses were bought at the height of the increases - 2004-2005.

The height was 5-8 feet above the ground.

The last time I saw a property in that price range was a 1 bedroom condo in Federal Heights a couple of weeks ago or a mobile home in Longmont.  

Usually when the AC freezes it means the refrigerant pressure is too low (When refrigerant pressure it below 32*F the AC freezes and stops cooling) or the airflow is restricted to the AC.What is the height of your ceiling?

This is for the suburb of Arlington Heights.  

To get your desired rent range I would check suburbs like University Heights, Mayfield Heights, Lakewood, Parma, parts of South Euclid, parts of Cleveland Heights. 

I've attended a few in Hasbrouck Heights. 

City Heights and Escondido are lenient.
