You need to make sure they provide updated insurance so if a dispute and they did not fix something that was on them and caused damage to the center you have recourse.The tenant should have signed an intake form when they took the space and occupied it that everything was satisfactory and in working order and that from then on they are responsible for the interior repair and replacement.

We never had to look at our tenants faces, never had to watch them chew their food and never had lengthy conversations.When you share a kitchen or other rooms everything gets too personal and you have to listen to all their personal relationship, work, health and mental problems.
