I'm always confused why someone would want the hassle of driving hours or flying somewhere in the event of an emergency at your property. 

Even fewer fly their own planes compared to taking a commercial flight.

Most of them are FLYING to and from their base of operation (your local airport) and their homes (several hundred, maybe even 1,000 miles away or more).

@Doug Spence yeah that price would be about right in 2021, in 2022 those were flying off the shelf.  200k is doable but I am always hesitant to sell a property. 

I am watching 2-4 unit properties fly off the market in days THOUSANDS in the red zone. 

These pockets, for the longest time, used to be a no-fly zone for investors.

It's good to fly out and everything, but they can also connect you with solid teams remotely.

I am estimating to finish course and get licensed in a couple months BUT I was wondering what things should I look in my first experience with a Broker and any recommendations for the ones living and working in FL. I

I get very high end clients that can keep their mega yachts and fly in on private jets. ... all in the same area.  

In the incorporation I only pay the corporate tax rate and if I withdraw 40K for salary I am still ahead.I don't even pull that much out as my partner is a real estate agent and we live from that and plan to take dividends out of the company tax free in the future as our company grows.For my company I use all private money so the banks can go fly a kite.
