In the incorporation I only pay the corporate tax rate and if I withdraw 40K for salary I am still ahead.I don't even pull that much out as my partner is a real estate agent and we live from that and plan to take dividends out of the company tax free in the future as our company grows.For my company I use all private money so the banks can go fly a kite.
