Hello,My question is if a quitclaim deed was prepared without the grantor’s physical address (which is not the property being transferred) does that effect the validity of the deed in the state of Alabama?

@Allan Yau I can't find your calculator and I would also need an address to know if it's a good deal since Real estate is a lot about Location.

Just a piece of posterboard turned into a calendar, each line is an address. 

Simple and effective.

One other thing, I haven’t put the pen to paper and confined, but intuitively it seems it would be more logical and cost effective to go from LoC to mortgage, if needed, versus the other way around.
