A is a good market for people with really deep pockets who are doing multifamily.

At this point we are basically at the end of that extra week so I reached out some fellow landlords and fortunately was able to find her a place that had just gone vacant that morning and the landlord needed to clean and paint and was actually very appreciative of the fact that he would not have to list it and screen to find a new tenant etc.

I've looked through some of the satellite imagery available, but I'm looking for a more concrete assessment than "that looks deep or that looks shallow."

I mean stage as in clean up (no buckets of drywall mud or inflatable furniture present in pics lol).

If a property isn't selling, it needs to be cleaned up, improved, or the price needs to be reduced. 

This property was in a quiet and clean neighborhood within walking distance from my work.

So I looked through my emails and found that Avalara/MyLodgeTax is having another free webinar/deep dive on how they help STR operators.

Wanted to make it clean and just line the edges with solar lights that stay on all night.

It seems well managed, I have not gone too crazy into the hoa budgets and accounting, but I would do a major deep dive, if I decided to keep as rental.If I keep as a fix and flip.
