Look man everyone is on edge.

With schluter strip edges (a nice edge piece of anyone is familiar) anyway I’m not sure how tile pans out.. or if anyone has any amazing suggestions.

When I left there in 2005, the City was reducing the number of lawns, cutting back on vegetation that required watering, and I believe they even drained Desert Shores for a while.

We’ll be DIYing all reno’s on the interior to cut costs but we’d prefer to have professionals do the exterior.Thanks a bunch!

One was they had too many deals going and didn't want to spend the time one so they decided to just "cut their losses" and sell it as is. 

Obviously all of these weeds will be cut and I'll do a bit of landscaping here.Backyard has old stones and logs that will be apart of my junkyard removal.Huge tree trunk which may have to be there for a while.

It's expensive to get started and it's a difficult place to cut your teeth due to laws that tend to favor tenants over landlords.

Find the legit wholesalers in  your area, offer to give them a small cut if you can send the deal out to their list. 

I guess these were created as larger lots were subdivided and new roads cut through. 

It might be better to cut your losses now rather than gamble on cashflow, potential vacancy and declining values.
