I'm considering adding solar panels to this house to offset the rising electricity costs in Ohio.I plan on using the PPO strategy (renting the system) for the panels since the property is worth around $180,000 and is at the top of the market for its location in Akron.

I’m just asking for my own selfish motivation / inspiration and to dial in a buy and hold strategy.

Maybe you have already addressed all of these but I'd start with figuring out some of these elements with the STR business before moving on to the next strategy, MTR.- The MTR strategy is great and you have the advantage of listing it with multiple different platforms.  3/2 will attract a certain type of of MTR client, one that travels with families most likley or displaced families, so your pool of applicants may be a little limited- If the long term play is appreciation, than breaking even sounds good.

Every strategy has its appropriate time and place.

I don't think you are going to have success with a hard money and BRRRR strategy on mobile homes.
