I've never personally put much effort into learning more about it as an investing strategy, but I'll say I have used the site from a consumer standpoint and it was awesome.We went "glamping" a couple years ago in a very luxurious tent with warm water shower and toilet.

With people going back to work and business, the real estate market will start to function again.On the negative, consumer demand might not recover fully post-lockdown. 

I'm curious to see how things are going to pan out on the lending side with more banks opting out of cash-out refis and fewer lenders doing LLC loans or raising their rates. 

And while at some point you would likely scale up to multifamily, that still sounds like a lot of work to manage that many units as opposed to buying far fewer units in a growth area and let appreciation rates and annual rent increases fund your retirement goals.

@Antonio Figueroa Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you can handle it and they're for sure worth it BUT it's going to consume your life entirely for a couple months?

It sounds like A & B have dozens of potential heirs at this point.The consensus of the attorneys was that this is going to be a time consuming and expensive process. 

For them, all good things must come to an end...including $850 rent, smoking, consuming the parking, and taking over attic space. 

It worked out well, but It was very time consuming.

It is very time consuming - should I rather send them out in bulk to entire neighborhoods?
