My biggest concern was not wanting to be stuck in a single place, so I started looking into the possibility of renting the condo out once we moved, and after talking it over with my wife, we decided to put an offer in and get a place before we get gentrified out of our neighborhood and then keep it when we move and start building our own wealth.As it stands right now, I'm not an investor (yet) while we wait for the bank's reply on our SS offer, but one way or another we're doing this to eventually get out of our day jobs.

Sorry, I forgot to include the whole point of why I wrote that long winded reply.

Thank you so much Tim and Justin for the gracious and helpful replies , I will definitely check out the resources you guys have me , and Tim I'll check with your buddy but I'm not sure if my situation will be resolved financially by April first , but it doesn't hurt to call him .Who knows guys , maybe one day thanks to you 2 and everyone on this forum maybe I'll be one of the success stories .

Btw: I get all kinds of letter re my property and 99% of the time, the content tell's me almost immediately, the sender has no idea of that which they speak - - so make a meaning, accurate letter if you expect replies.

If I buy the property at the auction will I be responsible for those other  judgments?
