Hi Sharon,By reading between the lines, it sounds like you might have bought a condo in Cabo in pre-construction and the condo has or is been delivered and you're probably sitting on a nice paper profit.

Or even if they dont have stuff and she delivers the property empty......I just really have a feeling that there may be other people there also and she may be trying to pull a fast one on them to get the money.  

As long as a market continues to attract new residents, there will be a need for housing, our goal then is to deliver on that demand.

What I do is have my local appliance company deliver and install a 4 piece suite, and then place in my listing that the appliances can be included on negotiation.
